Bangkok
Mass Transit Authority (BMTA) was found by Royal
Decree of Bangkok Mass Transit Authority in 1976
to have duty and responsibility on bus service in
Bangkok and nearby provinces. BMTA also provides
other service related to all mass transit including
private bus service such as regular bus, air-condition
bus, minibus, off main road-bus and air condition
van.
Policy

To support all working policies and organization
transformation related mass transit in Bangkok
and boundary area.

To improve BMTA efficiency operation follow the
main mission and self- contained in the future.
3.
To improve bus route and the management of bus
transit system in accordance to public mass transit
system mainly Focusing on consumer who use the
system.

To increase an efficiency of management and organization
development in all aspects with good governance.
5.
To support and provide solutions for traffic and
environment problems occur in urban area which
includes using clean energy in mass transit system.
6.
To improve old fashion for collecting system to
an efficient up-to-date system which capable to
connect with other public transportation.
7.
To exploit state-of-the-art Information System
to increase management efficiency of an organization.
8.
To develop marketing for consumer acceptance and
to support aggressive campaign.
